Sarah Palin hammered Barack Obama’s approach to fighting the “war on terror” which by the way is no longer called the “war on terror” per the Administration. She says that Obama treating terrorists like criminals is a fundamental flaw. I couldn’t agree more.
Palin went on to say via her Facebook page that the fruit of that strategy back in the 1990’s was seen by the whole world on September 11th 2001. Bill Clinton treated the first World Trade Center bombers like common criminals in 1993.
It’s unfortunate that Obama hasn’t the will or the resolve to fight the war on terror the way it needs to be fought.
Unfortunately, and I hope I’m wrong about this, Obama’s weak approach to fighting terrorism will almost certainly lead to the loss of innocent lives; if not sooner, most definitely later.
Sarah Palin went on to criticize John Brennan for his ludicrous comments about there being no difference in treating terrorists as enemy combatants or criminals. Brennan must not realize that Obama’s Administration and the liberal democrats jump at every chance to afford terrorists the same rights of every US citizen when they are categorized as enemy combatants.
The current Administration and those who think like them are a clear and present danger to this republic. Sarah Palin will no doubt be ridiculed by the press and the left for her comments, it doesn’t make them any less true.

Sarah should have replaced “constitutional law professor” with community organizer.

Sarah Palin is a moron.
First, she criticizes President Obama for wanting to try the crotch bomber in a civilian court. Yet, somehow, fails to remember that President Bush pursued the exact same policy with the Shoe Bomber, Richard Reid. What’s more, she somehow fails to even acknowledge that the system the crotch bomber defeated to get inside the airplane was the same system that was adopted by President Bush during the last 8 years since 9/11. So if Sarah wants to criticize someone, why didn’t she criticize President Bush when he was in office?
As for criticizing Brennan, Brennan has more knowledge of terrorism, and how to fight it, than Mrs. Palin ever will or could learn in her whole life. That is, if she ever took an interest in learning anything apart from fluffball talking points.
I fail to see how her criticism is even valid considering that President Obama had already identified Yemen as a country where the US needed to be more involved prior to the attack, precisely because of the terror threat. Moreover, he has continued a phased withdrawal from Iraq as established by President Bush, and unlike President Bush has sought to focus extensively on Afghanistan to ensure that we have a shot at salvaging what for 8 yrs was a failed strategy.
And as for ignoring terrorism, I find it humorous you bring it up considering that George W. Bush’s response to the memo : Bin Laden determined to strike US was to tell Richard Clarke, Ok, you’ve covered your ass, and then went fishing. This, a month before the 9/11 attacks.

Moreover, I don’t get your support for Sarah Palin, if you actually care about this country’s security. The Bush administration left us far less secure than we would have been with effectively leadership. By going into Iraq, and not finishing the job in Afghanistan, they overstretched our military and damaged US interests abroad, allowing for the rise of various actors, among the Iran to realistically challenge us in the region by removing the two biggest threats the country faced, Afghanistan’s Taliban and Iraq’s Saddam Hussein. This freed Iran to expand its reach across the Middle East in a manner up till then unprecedented.
Moreover, we gave them that huge gift, without getting anything for it in return. Under President Bush, al Qaeda escaped Afghanistan and found refuge in Pakistan, it established branches all over the wider Middle East, from Al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb, to Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, etc and not only allowed their creation while we were focused elsewhere, but also allowed them to flourish to the point where they are now able to plan and conduct attacks against the US in our own soil, despite President Bush’s assurances that we were fighting them over there, so we wouldn’t have to fight them here in our country.
The people who are advising Sarah, are the same idiots who left us this legacy of failure. So please, spare me your ignorant agreement with Mrs. Palin.

And you’re a dipshit! If Obama was so bright, why did he leave ‘Bush’s’ System in place that was to supposed to prevent bombs on airplanes? Brennan is an Obama nuthugger and when he stated that there was no “smoking gun” he proved that he didn’t have a clue what he was doing or talking about. Obama has had a year to get his crap together concerning terrorist all he has done is screw things up more including the economy. He is hell bent on destroying this country and assholes like you are helping him accomplish his goals.
