Now that the POTUS has finally decided to partially accept the advice of his Generals and send troops to Afghanistan, it wouldn’t be Barry like if he didn’t have a live primetime event to demonstrate how smart he is. Over at Right Pundits there will be a live video feed and live blogging during Obama’s West Point speech beginning at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday.

My guess, Obama has already laid the groundwork for blaming Bush for forcing him to send more troops to Afghanistan, so his speech tomorrow will be some sort of appeasement to his left-wing base in that regard.
He doesn’t really care what the rest of us think, that’s obvious by how long it took him to come to this decision on Afghanistan. The King is dead! Long live the King!
