The Democrats in the Senate are trying to follow in the footsteps of Nancy Pelosi and the House by voting to push the trillion dollar bill to the floor for debate. They’re calling it a procedural vote, meanwhile Harry Reid is doing everything he can to procure votes from moderates like Mary Landrieu of Louisiana.
