Oh man the liberals just can’t catch a break right now. Not only is Sarah Palin’s book flying off the shelves, Glenn Beck seems to be perpetually on the New York Times bestsellers list, but now this. Karl Rove’s memoir “Courage and Consequence” will be out in March.
Karl Rove was and still is the undisputed villain of the left (Darth Vader music and all), that is until the last year or so when Palin came onto the scene. Basically the left views Rove as the man behind the George W. Bush curtain. You know, Bush being too stupid to actually do the things he did on his own.
George W. Bush dubbed Karl Rove the “architect” after his second successful campaign for the White House in 2004; the libs hate the guy. After he left the Bush Administration in the waning days he found his way onto Fox News as a political analyst. Another reason to hate the guy. From the AP:
Rove, who became synonymous with ruthless but effective campaign tactics, said in a statement Threshold issued Wednesday that his book would be “a frank account of what I witnessed and my often-controversial role.”
Like I said, Karl Rove’s memoir will come on the heels of Sarah Palin’s highly successful book release as well as radio host Glenn Beck. George W. Bush, Laura Bush, Donald Rumsfeld and Dick Cheney are due to release books next year as well. What a year 2010 is shaping up to be for the liberals.
