Chicago Mayor Richard Daley just made the list. The good Mayor has decided to take the obvious liberal route when talking about the Fort Hood shootings by blaming it on “guns”. You can read more about his ignorance here. But for that, I say Chicago Mayor Richard Daley is a jackass!
